HOME HEALTH CARE
At Abacare Services LLC, Our in-home care services are designed to mitigate difficulties in activities of daily living of elderly and disabled individuals. We serve as responsible and vigilant companions to your loved ones while you are away from home.
The following are the in-home care services that we provide:
- Companionship Services, medications reminder, diet and eating monitoring and assistance, visit and trips companion, conversational partner, etc.
- Respite Care for elderly individuals whose families are temporarily incapable or unavailable to take care for them.
- Personal Care Services include: toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, eating assistance, medication reminder.
- Home Helper Service to assist you in Doctor’s appointment arrangements, linens changes, grocery shopping, laundry and other house chores assistance.
- Post-Hospital Discharge Care for assistance to a safe and fast recovery after hospitalization
- Alzheimer’s Care for people with Alzheimer’s diagnosis.
- Arthritis Care providing individuals suffering in arthritis pains proper attention, activities and assistance.

We are a residential nursing agency that provides 24 hour Nursing Services. Our programs emphasize personalized care, tailored to the patient’s individual needs. Our team steadily works with the physicians, the patient and family members in planning, reviewing progress and making improvements to the plan of care as needed.
We provide two main types of services; skilled or unskilled (supportive) care to clients who prefer to live independently in their own homes, or stay with a family member, and have access to outside supportive care and assistance.

PEDIATRIC HEALTH SERVICES
With Abacare Services LLC, children receive the crucial assistance they need at home to have a safe, healthy, and happy childhood. We have dedicated ourselves to caring for children with special needs and providing support for their families.
Abacare Services LLC provides a healthcare professional that is qualified to perform the vital pediatric services that the child’s family can rely on, whether a child needs basic nursing assistance or high-tech therapy.
SUPPORTIVE CARE
The goal of supportive care is to prevent or treat as early as possible the symptoms of a disease, side effects caused by treatment of a disease, and psychological, social, and spiritual problems related to a disease or its treatment. Also called comfort care, palliative care, and symptom management.
SKILLED CARE
Skilled care refers to a patient’s need for care or treatment that can only be performed by licensed nurses. This type of care is usually offered in hospitals, assisted living communities, Life Plan Communities, nursing homes and other certified locations. Skilled nursing is mostly regulated by the U.S. Department of Health and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). To be certified by CMS, skilled nursing communities must meet strict criteria and are subject to periodic inspections to ensure quality standards are being met.
